High Tech Performance

Our network computer system was custom designed to benefit our customers.  We have the ability to have multiple "Customer" part numbers for the same item.  We use the Customer part numbers on all transactions.
ORDERING--use your part number (we cross reference internally)
DELIVERY--orders delivered by our own fleet of trucks.  No worry about damaged products.
RECEIPT OF ORDER--All items labeled with your part number and all boxes labeled with your Purchase Order Number.  Packing List accompanies all shipments and lists your part numbers.
INVOICING--all invoices match Packing List with the addition of pricing information.
OUR GOAL--to insure that each transaction is handled accurately, resulting in no discrepecies.  Our track record will speak for itself.  Bayer, an International Company, has awarded SunnySide their "Milestone Award" three different times in the last five year! The Bayer "Milestone Award" states SunnySide to be the "Best Performing Supplier for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Service" for Bayer's Pittsburgh facility.

Reduce Vendor Count

Ten years ago while doing business at Bayer Corporation, we were interviewed by Purchasing Executive to see if we were open minded to accept and work with new ideas.  At this point, Bayer Corporation has experiences our high standards of service.  We accepted Bayer's challenge and partnered with them in the start up of Bayer's M.M.I.S. (Material Management Information System).  This system involved quoting on a list of over 1500 items with firm prices for over one year.  Many items on this list Bayer was buying from other suppliers, but wanted to reduce Vendor List and purchase through SunnySide, and Integrated Supplier.

SunnySide is a member of the Washington County Manufacturers Association, in which Ms. Battista is an active board member. 

Mr. Battista volunteers one week of his time each summer as a counselor for PA Free Enterprise Week. Each year Sunnyside Supply proudly sponsors a Student Scholarship for this program where a Student from the area attends a one week Business Summer Camp called PFEW at no charge.

J.I.T. Delivery
(Just in Time Delivery)

SunnySide uses our own fleet of delivery trucks to get the product to you.
Benefits:

• No charge for regular "non-rush" delivery.

• "Next Day Air" is customer's responsibility.

• "Same Day Delivery" may incur a minimal delivery charge.

Our drivers handle the product--less chance of damaged goods.

By using our in-house delivery staff, we can deliver orders directly to the end-user; streamlining time and avoiding pilferage problems.
